Presentations . . .
A presentation can be a key selling tool for your business. Since I have advanced training in PowerPoint, it is my software of choice when it comes to presentations.
You can use a presentation as a paper document. The paper version is great for a short presentation or as a leave behind hand out after a meeting. Most often PowerPoint presentations are used as a computer generated slide shows. This show could be projected onto a screen, shown on a large monitor or used in a webinar. If you have a brick and mortar shop, consider using a slide show that could be shown on a monitor in your store on a continuous loop to showcase your items, services or specials.
There is no secret to developing an effective presentation. The recipe for an effective presentation includes three ingredients. Identifying your objectives, planning and organizing your material, and using appropriate visual aids are those essential ingredients. I can help you establish your objectives and guide you through the process of creating an effective presentation. The use of visual aids will help you by illustrating and emphasizing your ideas more effectively than words alone. The chart below illustrates how a well organized presentation along with visual aids can greatly increase your audience’s retention.
