Rates/Packages/Terms

I strive to provide superior service at competitive rates for each client that I partner with.  Below you will find information on hourly rates and retainer rates as well as a pricing menu for my most common items.  Be sure to check out my two popular package deals for Business Branding and Web Site Start Up.  If you need a product or service not listed, please contact me to discuss.  Rates for longer term partnerships or special projects are always negotiable!

Hourly Rates:

NEW LOWER RATES $18.00 per hour, billed in actual time.  (If I only work 36 minutes, you only get billed for 36 minutes).  If you are using 10 or more hours per month you will want to consider my retainer rates to save you even more money).

Retainer Rates:

If you know you will need ongoing support, you might want to consider my retainer pricing.  This is a contracted block of hours goo until you use all of your purchased time.  I can provide the most effective service by building an ongoing partnership with you and your business.  A monthly retainer option is the best for this type of partnership.

Project Rates:

Business CardsDigital production of one standard size business card formatted and ready to send to your favorite printer. File available in .jpg or .png file type. Custom logo design extra (see custom graphics). This service is also part of my Branding Package.$50.00
BrochureOne standard letter size (8-1/2" x 11") trifold brochure formatted and ready to print. File available in .doc, .docx or .pdf format.

PowerPoint PresentationsComplete multi page presentation prepared using PowerPoint. Can be made slide show ready or print ready. Custom Graphics are extra. Price depends on your length and complexity. Contact me for a quote on your project.$50-$500
Form CreationSimple one page form to collect data or information. Form can be used on your computer or as a paper form. Forms can be one in MS Word or Excel.$60.00
Data EntryAlpha or 10 key entry into your spreadsheet or other software. This is billed at my hourly rate but my proficiency will keep the cost low.$18.00/hr.
Social PostingPosting or uploading of your information onto Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Blogs, etc. This could also include listing of items onto eBay, Etsy or other selling services.$18.00/hr.
Custom GraphicsCreation or editing of graphics and preparing files in a .pdf, .jpg, .png (or related) format. This service includes design of logos for your business branding. Cost includes 3 revisions of the graphic. Final cost depends on complexity and size of graphic.$50-$500
Web Site DesignWeb Site Design or maintenance of an existing site using WordPress. Cost is dependent on scope of work needed. Check out my Web Sit Start Up package below.$395 for start up. Additional pages and continued maintenance billed at hourly rate of $18.00/hr
Software TrainingTraining of you or your staff in the basic use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook.$18.00/hr
General AdministrativeThis can include a variety of items (see the General Administrative page in my services area for examples of what this might include).$18.00/hr.
ResumesResumes include a professional resume of up to 2 pages in length, a personal interview to gather your information, a professional cover letter and your files in both a .doc and a .pdf format.$60.00

 BUSINESS BRANDING PACKAGE

This package will get you started out right by identifying your business or organization with branding!  Even if your existing business needs a fresh look, this is the package for you.  My Business Branding Package includes all the tools you need for branding and it is flexible so you can purchase only what you need.

The basic package includes any three of the following items:

The design for all items must match.  If you don’t already have a logo, the Custom Logo must be one of your choices.

How this package works – Give me your ideas and I will come up with 2-3 designs for you to choose from.  Approved design includes up to three (3) revisions.

Is there something you need that is not listed as an option?  Contact me to discuss your needs.  It can probably be included in the package!

The basic package cost for three of the above items is:  $55.00.  You can add additional items to the package for $5.00 each or purchase everything shown above for only $75.00.  Use the drop down menu below to make your selection.  You can include your choices at checkout or when I contact you.

WEBSITE START UP PACKAGE

Need a website but don’t know where to start?  Then this package is for you!  My start up package include a full website and full blog that are customized and integrated together.  This is perfect for any small business, organization for for personal use.

Here is what you get:

>Hosting & Domain Set Up Help – You pay for the hosting and domain.  I can recommend the right host if needed.  Just give me your log on information and I will get everything set up on the host.

>WordPress Installation & Configuration - I will make sure everything is installed correctly and ready to go.

>Email Set Up – Set up of up to 3 emails on your new domain.

>Website Set Up – The package includes six fully functioning pages to include:  Home, About, Contact, Blog and two additional pages of your choice.

>Optimized Permalinks – I make sure you have simple permalinks that are SEO (Search Engine Optimization) friendly.  This will help your website get found quicker.

>Header Creation Plus 2 Extra Graphics – I will create a custom header and add 2 additional graphics to any page of your site.

>Customized Website – I will add your header and customize the colors and style to suite your needs.

>Basic Training - You will receiving training with me on your site as well as written instructions that you can refer to later.  You can of course hire me to maintain your website if you don’t want to do it yourself.

My Start Up package will provide you with everything you need to get a website and a blog going and ready to be promoted!

Package Cost:  $395.00


Terms:

  • Signed acceptance of our contract is required prior to the start of any services.
  • Additional expenses incurred for the client to complete required task (i.e. postage, overnight fees or office supplies) will be detailed and billed separately at actual costs.
  • All Payments are due as shown on the invoice.  Any payments not received by the indicated due date will result in the cessation of work.
  • For your convenience we accept payment by Cash, Check (A $40.00 NSF fee will be charged on any returned checks), Credit Cards and e-checks are accepted through PayPal our online payment vendor.
